Description Brief: The Bartender provides courteous and efficient bar services to guests and crew and is ultimately responsible for the bars they are assigned to. They also oversee services in the lounge/bars and manage the inventory of all wine lists and spirits in their designated bar or restaurant. Minimum Req uirements: International experience in mixology drinks, with the catering industry. Must have very good organizational skills and show attention to detail. Very good beverage knowledge (wines, cocktails, coffee etc). Prepared and served drinks to guests following ship recipes. Must be able to remain calm under pressure. Must be service minded with an outgoing charming and friendly personality. Fluent English language. Good verbal communication skills. Creative thinker. High level of accuracy whilst being efficient.
