Job Description
Join a brand-new Techy by DrPhoneFix repair store inside BrandsMart USA — one of South Florida's busiest electronics retailers. You'll repair phones, tablets, and small electronics while helping walk-in customers at the counter. Guaranteed foot traffic, steady repair volume from day one, and real bonus earning potential.
**What You'll Do:**
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics (screens, batteries, charging ports, water damage)
- Handle warranty repair jobs and appliance/TV return diagnostics
- Greet BrandsMart customers, explain repair options, and close sales
- Sell accessories and device protection plans
- Keep accurate tickets in our POS system (RepairDesk)
- Collect customer reviews and build repeat business
**What We're Looking For:**
- 1+ year of phone/electronics repair experience preferred (micro-soldering a plus, not required)
- Strong customer service and sales instincts
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Reliable, honest, comfortable working independently at a kiosk
- Weekend availability
