Job Description As a Security Officer Driver in Canyon Lake, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and bicycle patrols, monitor access points, remain visible to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 PM - 02:30 AMTue06:00 PM - 02:30 AMWed06:00 PM - 02:30 AMThur06:00 PM - 02:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential streets, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns. Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic in accordance with site-specific procedures. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions taken in accordance with reporting procedures. Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, property staff, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters and site conditions. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be able to ride a bike. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
