As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri07:00 PM - 03:00 AMSat07:00 PM - 03:00 AMSun07:00 PM - 03:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and property perimeters to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly residential environment. Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and incoming personnel. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
